Imagine you could walk away from yourself and stand far away observing your every move?

Almost like you could see yourself as someone else.

Your life is not yours.

Your sorrow belongs to the person you are observing.

Your sadness is not part of who you are.

Because of this self-created distance you know exactly what you need to do to feel happy and alive again.

All of a sudden you know yourself better than ever.

You understand your every move.

You hear your every thought.

And you want to run towards yourself and tell YOU how to live your life.

You want to desperately tell yourself that you deserve more than you realize.

You want to scream the word HERO….

But you can’t.

Because you remember that it is you…

And you normally don’t know how to speak to you in this loving way.

You don’t see your beauty.

You tell yourself that you are not worth it. You are not special. You are not good enough. You don’t deserve it.

Is that true?

If it is, lets walk back to that place where YOU can see YOU.

Look at yourself from there and start the relationship with you over again.

Grab a journal and start writing LOVE letters to YOU.

Start writing the truth.

The truth about the love you have for yourself.

The truth about your magnificence.

And it is ok to tell the world how spectacular you are. It should have never been a secret.

Tell them. Starting with you.

So life can begin again.

With life…
